Christmas Pictures

Christmas morning was so much fun. Aiden really enjoyed himself. Whenever he opened a gift he would say "oh wow" or "look at that!" He wanted to play with each gift as soon as he opened it.

My New Venture

I found a site called etsy.com. It is a place where you can sell handmade items and crafting supplies. I decided to give it a try. It has been going well, and Steve doesn't mind getting the leftover fudge!

If you've never seen etsy, there are some really cool items on there. The other day I found t-shirts with quotes from The Princess Bride :)

Our New Wood Floor

About a month ago, Steve spent all day Saturday putting in a wood floor for me next to the kitchen. Since the kitchen is really skinny and there is no where there to put a table, this is where we will be putting a table. I found one that will fit perfectly in the corner underneath the window. The up side is that it has benches with cupboards underneath it. Yea! Extra storage is something this house severely lacks.





Here's a picture of our new floor. Aiden likes to put on his shoes and "tap" dance on it.

Halloween

Just trying to catch things up a bit. Aiden was a knight for halloween. He had a lot of fun collecting candy and then even more fun eating it all. He wouldn't let go of his candy bucket and he fell asleep holding it. We tried to get a picture of it, but it didn't come out too great.

Doing Something New

We are starting something new over at Kindred Creations: template challenges.

Back to Blogging

I've been awful about keeping this updated...April was the last one, yikes! Things seem to finally be in a sort of rhythm around here so hopefully I'll be able to do this more often :)

Aiden is growing like a weed. Some of his 3T clothes are already looking a little small! We are potty training too and he is now finally telling me when he has to go. Hooray!

Steve has a job working for a company called Western Transport in the finance department. He is so glad to finally be working in what he graduated in at school.

I'm still running my scrapbooking site: http://www.kindredcreations.com/ and just trying to keep up with Aiden, he's one energetic kid. We are really looking forward to celebrating our first Christmas in our own home!
